April’s market was a little up and down - kind of like the weather.
Homes under $1M are moving quicker than those above.
Buyers are out, they’re looking… but many are still hesitant to commit.
It’s a promising window for first-time buyers with lower rates, and the chance to include conditions means more opportunity and breathing room.
For sellers, strategy is everything.
More sunshine is on the way - and with it, we’re hoping for more activity.
