Yes - and I always recommend starting there.
You’ll get a real feel for how I work, how I communicate, and what the experience actually feels like from the client side. their words, not mine!

Every home and situation is a little different, but this is the general flow:
We start with a conversation and strategy
Prepare your home (this can be simple or more involved depending on your goals)
Begin pre-market exposure behind the scenes
Launch to market with intention
Manage showings, feedback, and interest
Negotiate and move through to closing
My role is to collaborate with you through each step so it feels clear, supported, and not overwhelming..

I primarily work in Burlington, including Aldershot, Roseland, Shoreacres, Tyandaga, and Downtown.
I also support clients in surrounding areas like Waterdown, Milton, Ancaster, Dundas, and beyond.
If you’re unsure, just ask. I’m always happy to guide you!
-
Yes, and I love it.
There’s a lot to learn when you’re buying your first home, and my goal is to make sure you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.
We take it one step at a time. No pressure. No rush.
-
Yes - and often at the same time.
Many of my clients are navigating both sides of the process, and I help you build a strategy that keeps everything aligned and as stress-free as possible.
-
Look for someone who:
Listens more than they talk
Understands your life, not just your price point
Communicates clearly and consistently
Has strong local knowledge and connections
Makes the process feel calm, not chaotic
You should feel supported, not sold to. Hope this helps!
-
Beyond experience, it really comes down to how you feel working with them.
Do you trust them?
Do you feel heard?
Do you feel clear after conversations, or more confused? The right agent will make things feel simpler, not heavier.
-
It comes down to preparation and positioning.
Pricing strategically, creating demand early, and making sure your home shows well both online and in person.
In today’s market, it’s less about rushing and more about being intentional upfront so you don’t lose momentum later.
-
The most accurate way to determine value is by looking at:
Recent comparable sales
What’s currently on the market
The condition and features of your home
Buyer behaviour in your specific area
Online estimates can give a range, but they often miss key details.
I typically do this as a two-step process.
First, I come by for a quick 15–20 minute walkthrough to see the home, take notes, and understand the details that don’t show up online. Then I go back, run the numbers properly, and come back to you with a clear, thoughtful evaluation.
If you want a real number, I’m happy to walk through it with you.

This is one of the most common questions right now.
Usually, it comes down to a combination of:
Pricing not aligning with what buyers are seeing
Positioning or marketing not creating enough demand
Timing and current market conditions
The good news is, these are all things we can adjust.
Sometimes small shifts make a big difference.

I don’t believe in pressure-based sales.
My focus is on understanding you, your life, and what you actually need… and then building a strategy around that.
Through The Village, I also connect you with trusted professionals - mortgage brokers, stagers, contractors, organizers - so you feel supported beyond just the transaction.
You’re not doing this alone.
-
Start with a conversation.
No pressure, no commitment. Just a space to talk through your situation and get clear on what makes sense for you.
You can book a time here or reach out directly.
If you made it this far, you’re probably in that space of thinking about what’s next.
And whenever you’re ready, I’m here.
Real estate can feel like a lot… especially when you’re trying to make the right decision for your own life, not just the market.
So I wanted to create a space where you can come, read, and get real answers.
No pressure.
Just clarity.
