hi, I’m Audrey.

I've been a real estate broker in Burlington for over fifteen years, and I founded The Village Realty Group to do this work differently. I help humans buy and sell homes across Burlington, Aldershot and Waterdown, mostly families who need more space and people buying for the life they want next.

To me, moving isn’t about where you end up - it’s about how you feel about getting there.

That’s why I built a real estate collective, to advance the idea that this industry is so much more than buying and selling.

The Village is named after the one I actually grew up in, a small village in France, where helping each other wasn't something anyone noticed. It was just what we did. I wanted to build that here.

  • I met Yuganshu last June when he was in town looking for the perfect spot for him and his wife. We checked out a few homes, but then he had to head back to India for work.

    He took a leap of faith and decided to trust me and his best friend to find a home for him—sight unseen!

The Village Realty Group is brokered by REAL, and that was a deliberate choice. I stepped away from the franchise model so I could build this the way I actually wanted it, with my own name on it and my own standards behind it. Real gives me the technology and systems to run a boutique practice properly, without the overhead of a brand I’m paying to borrow. What that means for you is that more of what you pay stays right here, in the staging, the photography, the marketing, and the village of people who show up for your move
