I always say I’m not the weatherman… I can’t actually predict what’s going to happen in real estate. And truthfully, I’d rather be upfront than promise sunshine only for it to start pouring rain.
The market continues to feel slow. Most of the activity we’re seeing is from people who have to move. For everyone else, things are moving at a gentler pace.
What I am noticing: confidence is slowly building for first-time buyers who are finally able to step into the market. That’s a good sign - and quite honestly, exciting!
That said, there’s been a lot of buzz about “this fall being the turning point.” To be real, I’ve been hearing that for a while… and the truth is, nothing has really shifted just yet.
