It’s okay to shed a few hats and delegate. I know, it’s not always easy, but here’s the thing: we don’t have to show up as superwomen all the time.

For the past year, I’ve been practicing this myself—learning to delegate in my life and business so I can show up as the best version of me. It’s not always perfect or possible, but I’ve realized how important it is to lean into support.
